Dalton State Celebrates Mashburn Hall Topping Out
DALTON, Ga. — Earlier this month, a ceremony was held to celebrate the topping out of (or placement of the final beam on) a new residence hall scheduled to open in time for the fall 2016 semester at Dalton State College in Dalton.
