Marilou Smith
Following a 28-year role as Villanova鈥檚 Engineering and Construction Assistant Vice President, Marilou Smith has been named vice president for facilities management. The two-time Villanova alumna has greatly contributed to high-profile construction projects across the University campus, including The John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts and The Commons. Smith will oversee all aspects of facilities management at Villanova, from planning to construction to maintenance, while also working alongside campus executives to guide the campus’ facilities management goals. Prior to her career at Villanova, Smith held roles including project manager and designer at PWI and received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate and finance, both from Villanova. 听
