ESCONDIDO, Calif.—-Echo Pacific Construction, Inc. has completed the first phase of Escondido High School鈥檚 Expansion and Modernization Project. Additionally Echo Pacific completed stadium improvements to the three comprehensive high schools which are Escondido High, Orange Glen High, and San Pasqual High School.
