Willoughby Industries Inc. introduces an ADA-compliant solid surface shower base with an integral trench drain. It is designed to help eliminate standing water outside ADA shower bases. The unit features a molded, one-piece design and incorporates a 1-inch-deep drain at the front of the base.

The trench drain is pitched to allow water to drain rather than flow out of the base onto the floor. The product is manufactured with the company’s Aquasurf solid surface.

RBI introduces the Futera Fusion, a highly efficient boiler and hot water heater that is OBR-listed and up to 97.5 percent efficient with each model capable of reaching 99 percent at minimum inputs.

It features solid bronze headers, a gasket-free heat exchanger and finned copper or cupronickel tubing for improved heat transfer. The boiler has full modulation and a 3:1 turndown. A metal-fiber burner allows seamless modulating turndown, ultra-low emission levels and quiet operation, according to the company.

It automatically adjusts energy input to precisely match the heating load without over-firing or wasting fuel. The boiler is available as a fully packaged unit, including integral water pump, near boiler piping, low-temperature mixing value and secondary heat exchanger.

The system is available in sizes from 500MBH to 2,000MBH. It is 29 inches wide, allowing it to fit through standard doors.

Schier Products Company introduces two product lines of thermoplastic grease traps. The Trapper II series features a wet inlet and can handle 10 to 100 gallons per minute. The Great Basin series has a dry inlet, a 33 inch narrow footprint, and can handle 150 to 500 gallons per minute.

The King Cobra 1200 Pro, the most recent addition to the King Cobra series of low-moisture hot-water extractors, is available from U.S. Products.

The dual-surface product is designed to pressure-clean hard-surface floors, using up to 1200 psi, and carpets and upholstery, using adjustable 150 to 500 psi.

The machine features a hose-management system and an in-line, after-the-pump heating element, which can heat water or cleaning solutions to 212 degrees F for carpet extraction.

A chemical metering system is also included to prepare desired mixtures.

Zurn AquaSpec introduces the new Temp-Gard III, a single-handle pressure balancing mixing tub and shower valve with a heavy-duty ceramic control cartridge. The cartridge can be removed and turned 180 degrees to reverse the hot and cold inlets. The ADA-compliant handle is rotational and cycles through the cold water before the hot. In addition, there are two integral service stop-check stops and an adjustable temperature limit stop.

The Temp-Gard III is equipped with a four-port valve with a tub port plug included for shower-only applications. The valve inlet, shower outlet, and tub outlet are standard with half-inch N.P.T. female thread connections. All exposed trim and handle are metal with a polished nickel chrome-plated surface.
