The Façade Vent manufactured by Moduline Window Systems can conceal an operable window behind a single exterior frame to present an attractive, smooth appearance. The window uses narrow equal fixed and operable sightlines that are uniform in all directions. Structural silicone glazing allows fewer, narrow aluminum extrusion profiles, and the perimeter framing accepts fixed glazing and operable vents without inserts or overlaps.


The Façade Vent has a sash-applied bulb gasket glass edge protector with molded corners, wet glazing with silicone cap, and inside bead glazing on the fixed units. Integral stacking mullion and a monumental thermal barrier are also standard features.
