California Faucets’ new version of StyleTherm has set the standard for thermostatic valve technology to meet the California Green Building Standards Code. The development of the thermostatic valve fulfills California water conservation requirements while providing users with a spa-like shower, according to the company. Unlike pressure balance systems, the CALGreen version StyleTherm uses a two-outlet diverter valve for volume control, allowing independent on/off and flow rate control. Each application can flow at a rate of up to two gallons per minute.
