Is there ever a good time to ask voters for money to support construction of school buildings?

In a letter to parents this week, Donna McCormick-Miller, principal of Makefield Elementary School, said the school鈥檚 new opening day will be Tuesday, Sept. 7, instead of Sept. 1 due to the ongoing renovation and construction at the school.
